By obtaining our services you acknowledge that we reserve the right to update and or change the terms and conditions at any time.

By signing up for our services, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

In the event of you (the customer) breaking any condition specified below we reserve the right to suspend your account and or services. You will always get an email from us containing the details related to your suspension.

 

Delivery of service.

Upon payment your selected service will automatically get created & activated. You will receive an email containing all necessary information for your specified service.

You can find your active & non-active services listed within your account portal.

On very rare occasions your payment may be held for manual review incase FraudlabsPro detects anything related to fraudulent activity.

 

Prohibited activities.

Using our services for any illegal activities, illegal either in Germany, or your residing country is strictly forbidden.

Using our services for fraudulent activities such as tricking the visitor and or running some form of scam is strictly forbidden.

Using our premium email service for spam is strictly forbidden and will result in your services getting suspended. If you need to send out marketing emails please use services like MailChimp.

Copyright Infringement and DMCA is also enforced so please be careful in regards to using copyrighted material.

 

Payments.

Chargebacks will result in an immediate suspension and deletion of data and your payment details will be forwarded to FraudlabsPro to deny your future payments to other companies in order to protect them Fraud.

Payments that are made in a fraudulent way ex, you’re not the owner of the credit card used and do not have permission to use it will result in immediate suspension and deletion of data. Further action with authorities may be enforced.

 

Refunds.

We offer refunds on a case by case basis however generally we don’t issue refunds unless something with the service provided is wrong and/or under delivered. 

You’re always welcome to open a ticket if you feel that you’re entitled to a refund and we will discuss it with you personally based on your situation.

We can keep our prices so low and still provide exceptional quality web hosting from cutting some corners. One of these is that we cannot afford to offer ex, 14-day trial as it would be abused and in turn force us to raise our prices to make up for losses.

 

Cancellations.

There are no fees with canceling your service with us. We strive to deliver quality at an affordable price and we feel it’s only right to offer you the customer full rights to choose whether or not you wish to continue using us as your web hosting provider.

We are confident in the products we deliver and as such we’re not going to “punish” you (the customer) for leaving us. If you decide to take your business elsewhere we would love to know why in order to improve our services and hopefully have you back as a client in the near future.

 

Service.

You can always upgrade or downgrade your chosen package from within your client portal, we get that sometimes you overestimate what you will need and sometimes you need room to grow, so therefore it’s completely free and in your full control to choose which way your plan goes. 

 

Support.

We focus our support on the ticket system to provide the best solutions. It allows us to trace down issues and keep a history of the support you’ve been provided.

We strive to respond as quickly as possible to any requests but it can take up to 24h or in worst case 48h if there are many tickets to get back to you. Unfortunately we don’t provide a Live Chat as of now due to us focusing on keeping pricing low and therefore not hiring agents to work 24/7. This might change as we grow however but as of now our main line of communication is through the ticket system or email correspondence.

 

Disclaimers of Liability and Indemnification.

Our services are provided “as-is”. To the extent that is permitted by law: no written, expressed, or implied warranties (or guarantees) are made. We do not guarantee that the use of our services will meet your requirements or expectations. We do not guarantee that you will be able to access services at any given time or from any given location. Use our services at your own-risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless our employees from all liabilities, claims, expenses (including attorney fees) which arise from any claims including: loss of profits, data loss, work stoppage, hardware failure or malfunction, service interruption, any other commercial damages or losses, or your use or misuse of services.
